1. Parent Orientation

Welcome to BeYou & Meet Your Team

  • A 30-minute virtual meeting to introduce you to your Program Supervisor.

  • Discuss treatment roles, responsibilities, and what to expect in the next 30, 60, and 90 days.

  • A great opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and ensure you feel supported.

2. Schedule Your Clinical Assessment

Once onboarding is complete, our BCBA will contact you to arrange your child’s initial assessment. This step is crucial for developing a tailored treatment plan.
It follows:

  • Family Interview: A 1-hour meeting to review your child’s medical history and current services with a BCBA and Family Support Team member.

  • Vineland Parent Assessment: Complete a questionnaire to establish your child’s baseline skills and behaviors. This assessment will be updated every 6 months to track progress.

  • In-Person Clinical Assessment: A 2-hour session conducted at home with you, your child, and the assessor. Additional sessions may be scheduled if more time is required.

Human-centered ABA services prioritize the individual’s preferences, values, and dignity in every aspect of therapy. At BeYou, this means tailoring evidence-based interventions to each person’s unique needs and cultural background, ensuring care is both effective and compassionate. Our human-centered approach is built on: Empathy First: Understanding each individual’s perspective and experiences. These services go beyond traditional therapy, fostering growth, independence, and connection in ways that resonate with the individual and their family.
  • What is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental condition that affects social interaction, communication, and behavior. Each individual with ASD is unique, and their strengths and challenges vary widely. At BeYou, we prioritize understanding each individual’s needs and preferences to create meaningful and effective support plans.

  • What type of instruction is given to support parents?

At BeYou, our parent-mediated ABA programs equip caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to actively participate in their child’s development, ensuring meaningful and lasting progress while fostering stronger family connections.
  • What certifications do your instructors have?
BeYou’s team includes highly qualified professionals such as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and internationally certified practitioners from organizations like the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) and QABA Board. This global expertise ensures our services meet the highest standards and reflect best practices in human-centered ABA therapy.
