The Beyou BCBA Internship, in partnership with Path4ABA, is a 12-week virtual program designed to prepare the next generation of BCBAs for real-world success.

Our Mission & Partnership
This program is powered by a partnership between Beyou and Path4ABA. Together, we are shaping the next generation of BCBAs to be skilled clinicians, effective leaders, and innovators in remote ABA service delivery.
Beyou’s mission is to expand ABA practice and knowledge worldwide. Through this internship, you’ll not only grow your clinical expertise, but also learn the leadership and digital skills needed to thrive in a global, modern ABA environment.
How It Works
1. Sign Up with Path4ABA
Begin your journey by signing up with Path4ABA. You’ll be paired with a qualified BCBA supervisor who will provide remote supervision tailored to your training needs.
2. Gain Real Experience
Alongside supervision, you’ll engage in both direct and indirect work experiences. During the first 3 months of the internship (unpaid training period), you’ll build the foundations of clinical and administrative skills needed for the field.
3. Transition to Paid Mid-Level Role
After successfully completing the training period, you may be offered a remote Program Supervisor position. In this mid-level role, you’ll support ABA services through telehealth while continuing to gain valuable experience and accumulate fieldwork hours (required for BCBA and IBA certification).
4. Grow Without Financial Burden
The best part? You don’t have to pay us back for the training. Our goal is to invest in you — so you can focus on learning, growing, and building a long-term career with us.
