Our passion and experience with ABA inspired us
It all began with a deep-rooted passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a heartfelt commitment to providing loving, caring, and human-centered therapy.
Our founders, driven by their experience as parents of two children on the Autism Spectrum and the belief in the transformative power of ABA, embarked on a mission to make a difference.

OUR COMMITMENT

Helping people to be the best version of themselves
From this commitment, Beyou was born. Our purpose is to offer ABA services that empower individuals to become the best versions of themselves.
At Beyou, we strive not only to unlock the potential of those we serve but also to redefine ABA, transforming it into a symbol of positive change and empowerment.
How it all started
When we discovered that our wonderful son was on a unique journey, we embraced the changes life had in store for us wholeheartedly. Later, when his younger brother was also diagnosed on the autism spectrum, we felt a profound calling—a mission rooted in our own experiences.
We were fortunate to receive human-centered ABA therapy, which changed our lives, and we knew that more people deserved to experience the wonders of ABA.
OUR MISSION
Expand the wonders of ABA to the world
With open doors and open hearts, we’re on a mission to share the knowledge and practice of human-centered ABA across the world, ensuring that geographic boundaries don’t stand in the way of accessing relevant, meaningful care.
To achieve this, we partner with experienced, compassionate professionals worldwide to make ABA accessible to everyone.

We knew that more people in the world should have access to the wonders of ABA.

Beyou Welcome to Be us …

Mariana Greub, M.S., Behavior Analyst — CEO & Co-Founder
I believe sustainable progress starts with empowered caregivers.
My background in organizational and behavior management has shaped how I approach ABA — not just as therapy, but as a system that families need to realistically implement in daily life. I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in education to further develop caregiver-led methodologies and improve how parents are supported, trained, and coached over time.
As a clinician and a parent, I’ve seen that meaningful change doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from doing what fits. At BeYou, my focus is building structures that make ABA accessible, adaptable, and sustainable for real families.
Why we built Beyou
We believe behavioral therapy should support families — not replace them.
As parents, clinicians, and educators, we’ve seen how powerful ABA can be when it’s delivered with respect, flexibility, and a deep understanding of family life. We’ve also seen how harmful it can feel when families are asked to fit into rigid models that don’t reflect their reality.
BeYou was created to offer a different path:
evidence-based ABA that adapts to families, honors neurodiversity, and builds skills that truly matter in daily life.

Together, we’re creating a world where empowerment knows no boundaries, and everyone can be their best self
Our story is one of passion: We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive, no matter where they are in the world. Through our innovative approach to ABA, we are not only transforming lives but also reshaping the future of care—one person, one community, one step at a time
Eston Greub, BCBA — CCO & Co-Founder
I’m an educator at heart.
With over 15 years in learning and development and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, I’ve spent my career helping people build skills in meaningful, human-centered ways. Discovering that I’m neurodivergent later in life helped me better understand my own learning journey — and ultimately reshaped how I teach and supervise others.
Becoming a father to two autistic children changed everything. It deepened my belief that caregivers are the most important change agents in a child’s life. As a BCBA, my work focuses on designing systems that empower families, preserve individuality, and support long-term growth.

We are dedicated to ensuring a human-centered approach of Behavioral Therapy
It took me over thirty years to understand my struggles, and discovering I'm neuroatypical finally made sense of it all. Becoming a father to two children on the autism spectrum sparked my journey of self-discovery. Through love and learning, I've supported them on their unique paths.
My passion for teaching is driven by a desire to empower others. Completing my master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis has fueled my excitement for the possibilities ahead. With my wife, Mariana, we’re dedicated to making ABA accessible to all who can benefit.

Sabrina Jesus — COO & Co-Founder
I believe strong systems create space for meaningful care.
My background is in Organizational Behavior Management and operations, with experience supporting global companies in building efficient, people-centered systems. Alongside my professional work, I’ve spent years volunteering with families in need around the world — experiences that shaped my belief that support should be accessible, practical, and rooted in dignity. When I met Eston and Mariana, their vision immediately resonated with me.
Beyou’s mission reflects the same values I’ve carried throughout my career: empowering caregivers, respecting individuality, and designing services that truly work in real life. As COO of BeYou, my focus is building the operational foundation that allows our clinical teams and families to thrive — ensuring that our programs are scalable, sustainable, and always aligned with our mission.
